We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories using USPS Ground Shipping. Orders are shipped daily and come wrapped and ready to gift—because you (or someone you love) deserves a little unboxing moment.

In New York and want to skip the shipping? We offer local pickup for NYC-based customers. To coordinate pickup, click here to be invoiced accordingly. Just a heads-up—this option can’t be applied to orders already placed.

returns & exchanges:

We want you to love your jewelry—and actually wear it, not just admire it in the box.

If something’s not quite right, you can return unworn, undamaged items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Past the 10-day mark? We’re still happy to offer store credit or an exchange.

Please return items in original packaging. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total.

damaged or faulty goods

Jewelry is delicate (just like us, sometimes), but it should arrive in perfect condition. If your piece shows up looking less than lovely or isn’t holding up like you hoped, email kara@karachalifoux.com and we’ll make it right.
